In terms of the leagues within Surrey have a look at them here and see what one geographically will suit you best:
You'll need to make contact with the league you wish to join and they will let you know what is required to join their league.
You'll also need to be affiliated to Surrey FA in order to join a league as leagues will want to know your affiliation number to know you're covered for the 2023-2024 season.
