How can I check my learning status?

Please could you try accessing your learning record via these steps and see if your account shows you what I can see?

Login to your account through England Football Learning: https://www.englandfootball.com/
Click the drop down arrow in the top-right corner next to your name and click “Account Settings”
Click “Learning” at the top of the page to check your learning completion status
You should see a full list of training completions – any outstanding training that is required will also show on this page, and will indicated as “expired"
Click “Manage My Account”, then sign in to “Account Management”
You should then see a dashboard with a ribbon along the top – click “Learning" - this should then present you with the view you’re looking for

If you would like to access a copy of your certificates, please follow these steps:

1) Access your learning dashboard on Whole Game System here: https://falearning.thefa.com/totara/dashboard/index.php

2) Sign in using your FAN and password

3) You should see a "My Learning" option along the top ribbon of the page, hover on this and click "My Certificates"

4) You will then be presented with a page listing all certificates, which can accessed and downloaded as a PDF.
