If a player’s Name, Date of Birth or Gender has previously not been set, then you are able to amend the data. However, if the data has previously been set and is incorrect then you can contact Surrey FA to resolve.
Please email Playerregistrations@SurreyFA.com with the players FAN record and any details than need amending.
