Can I use a DBS performed by another organisation

If this is not an FA DBS check you can add this to your FAN record by signing up for the update service. This allows their data (on your certificate) to be shared with the company the FA use to complete their risk assessment for football. However this is a time limit on this.

If you cannot sign up for the update service, you will need to complete an FA DBS check for football. Guidance for this can be found on our website via the link below under the section titled "Obtaining A Criminal Record Check (CRC)":
